Preparation of contributions
All interested persons, who are in the process of preparing theses in the Interuniversity Doctorate Programme in Educational Technology, are invited to submit contributions.
The contribution should show the current state of progress of the current doctoral thesis. It is required that, at least, there is an approach to research and that work is being done within the theoretical framework.
All contributions must conform to the format and length indicated in the template. It is recommended to check the important dates of the event.
Submission
- Once the contribution has been prepared, the file must be identified (name of the file) with the two surnames of the author and the acronym of the University to which it belongs (UiB / UdL / UM / URV): Surname1_Surname2 _UIB
- Sending the contribution through the CONTRIBUTION SUBMISSION FORM (02/12/24 to 19/01/25). It is advisable to make the submission before the established deadline since the number of accepted works is conditioned by the number of Expert Panels scheduled.
- Communication of the acceptance of the works (until 31/01/25).
Submission of presentations (slides)
- Once the acceptance email is received, the presentation must be prepared using the template and closed in PDF format. According to the expected exposure time it is advisable that the presentation has between 5 and 10 screens / slides.
- Sending the presentation in PDF format through the SUBMISSION FORM, until 07/02/25.

IMPORTANT: remember that it is also necessary to REGISTER until 05/02/25.
Presentation of the contribution to the panel of experts
The presentation will take place alternatively in person or via videoconference on 14 February. The timetable and the videoconference room will be available on 11/02/25 from the Programme menu.
Each participant will have a maximum of 10 minutes to make their presentation. After the presentation, they will have 10-15 minutes to interact with the experts on the basis of the content of their written contribution, the questions raised in their written contribution and their presentation.
