In this paper, we describe an innovation process which takes as its axis the design and implementation of WebQuest. A significant sample of the teacher staff of a secondary school participates in experience. We distinguish two phases in the process: design and implementation. While the participation in first phase is high, with a very diverse range of productions, in the second only a limited number of teachers dares to implement the elaborated designs. It highlights the obstacles and the need for specific training for teachers.Downloads
