Abstract

La Rambla Aumentada is an interdisciplinar project that joins heritage, public services, and singular places in La Rambla with digital contents by using Augmented Reality techniques. This has been developed by students and published on the Internet. In History lessons we have made a research in order to select 70 points of interest in our village, considering the local chroniclers. In Literature lessons, we have written posts summarizing the most relevant information for each point, and we have illustrated them with photographs, taken by us or selected from archival. We have also recorded audioguides using our smartphones. In French and English lessons we have translated articles and audio. All the generated information has been hosted in a WordPress website linked to our village through QR codes printed on tiles and placed in the streets. Underlying metodologies such as Project Based Learning, Mobile Learning, BYOD, Cooperative Learning or Entrepreneurship are present in this work. All it framed in a Service-Learning Project where we have improved our nearest enviroment and we have positively influenced not only the students' digital competence, but all our fellow citizens.
