Digital competence is one of the basic competences of citizenship in the 21st century and is also one of the general competences of all Spanish universities. In this context, the training of university students in digital competence is particularly important and we have carried out the experience described in this article.
Our instructional design has been designed based on a task-based learning method and it is based on European Comission's proposals with 5 dimensions. The evaluation was done with a pretest-postest using a questionnaire. After evaluating the experience, our students have expressed their satisfaction with the methodology and have highlighted the acquisition of competence.
