This paper presents the developed prototype of MarCOA, a proposed framework for the creation of Learning Objects (LOs) based on the CROA Methodology that considers pedagogical and technological design aspects. Both the prototype and the evaluation carried out by means of an expert judgment are described. Experts with different profiles (Educational Sciences and Computer Sciences), linked to the field of Educational Technology, participated. A questionnaire based on an adaptation of the Technology Acceptance Model known as TAM was used as an instrument to collect information. The participating experts found MarCOA to be a useful and easy-to-use tool, with the potential to encourage and guide the creation of OAs.
