Digital Technologies (DT) are transforming education, requiring teachers to develop digital competencies. The digital maturity is increasingly important with the integration of DT in teaching strategies. The objective is to define actions and identify areas of action to improve teacher digital competence and move towards digital maturity. The review is based on the PRISMA model between 2017 and January 2023. The databases used are WoS, Scopus and ERIC. After applying the criteria, the sample is 25 articles. The seven lines of action to improve this competence are training, self-efficacy, evaluation, integration, counseling, reflection and integration into the curriculum. To advance in digital maturity there are four areas to take into account: students' digital competence, teachers' digital competence, management of resources and infrastructure and management of the educational center.
