The e-learning is creating a truly revolution, becoming an attractive training modality. We present a case study as a result of a broader inter-university research whose aim is to examine the e-learning implementation strategies in traditional universities (face to face). We used the questionnaire as a quantitative research technique. The study results show that virtual learning environments are not really helping students to acquire the basic profesional skills.
