El desarrollo impetuoso de las tecnologías de la información y las comunicaciones han afectado todas las áreas del desarrollo social. Su introducción en la sociedad va acompañada de grandes beneficios pero no está exenta de problemas.
En esta comunicación pretendemos dar una panorámica de algunos de ellos y señalar que estos están relacionados fuertemente con la aplicación acrítica de estas tecnologías, de los factores sociales y al tipo de relaciones político económicas existentes.
Abstract
The impetuous development of information technologies and the communications have affected all of the areas of social development. His introduction in the society goes accompanied of biggainings but it is not exempt of problems.
In this communication we intend to give one panoramic of some of them and to indicate that these are related strongly with the uncritical application of these technologies, of social factors and to the type of politic economic existent relations.
