Forming system of college teachers in the production of educational materials

Abstract

In the context of educational change, it is to improve the processes and updating the contents at the national training programmes, in accordance with the needs required in the country. Analysis and adjustment to the training proposal initiated since 2008, with the goal of developing a system of training of Venezuelan university professors of this programs in the production of digital educational materials was performed. The proposed system for broadening the territorial policy of university education, appropriate to the political, educational and social contexts of the country. Importantly, educational resources generated contributed to encourage the use of open standards, which means accessibility and portability of the same, regardless of the platform being used. They also promoted the use of open licenses for modification and / or reuse in different contexts of education.
