Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar un conjunto de factores que ayuden a identificar y definir las competencias TIC que los docentes deben poseer para hacer un uso efectivo y pertinente en las diversas dimensiones de su rol docente, dentro del marco del Programa Nacional de Formación y Capacitación Docente (PRONAFCAP) – Perú. Los resultados obtenidos durante esta investigación evidencia la necesidad de desarrollar un programa que permita asumir estas competencias.
Importance of ICT competences within the framework of PRONAFCAP (according to its spanish acronym)
Abstract
This article analyzes a set of factors that help to identify and to define the ICT competences that teachers must have to make an effective and pertinent use in the diverse dimensions of their educational roll, within the framework of the National Program for Training and Lifelong Learning in Education - Peru. The outcomes obtained during this research demonstrate the need to develop a program that assumes these competences.
