This paper presents an interactive multimedia application for distance learning. We begin by introducing what the Internet and the World Wide Web (WWW) are. Then we try to give an explanation of their way of working. We also point out the advantages of using WWW for educational applications .Finally we present some problems that may appear when using and how they can be solved.

The World-Wide Web (WWW) is a distributed hypermedia system that is causing a revolution on the Internet. Its usefulness in education (hypertext, distance education, computer aided instruction, etcetera) is restricted by the fact that users get easily "lost in hyperspace". One reason is the ignorance of teachings provided by traditional hypertext systems on the matter of designing navigation for wide information spaces. This paper (1) reviews classic navigation tools, internals to hypermedia, (2) looks into some enterprises aimed to implement them on the WWW, and (3) and takes recommendations for the design of teaching/learning materials based on the WWW.

The new technologies can be see from point of view of any discipline, in didactic terms, so they can be offer us endless possibilities so then fastly work out, transport, ad correction.
In the Drawing discipline, the networks, an efery new technologies, must be in the main place, because the visuality is a very important point in the moment of mould in cray our graffical expression an his development.
This is not to say that there was to put after to a second place, our more direct intervention that is the arm and the hand, main leaders of our thinking, in the moment of the our plastical expression.
Although the computer, the networks, the videos, etc. are elements that can investate and do the contents of this discipline with them, in a magnitude not yet fully development at present.
In the study programes and in the general configuration of them at the some time of the teaching reality, some technologies are present but supercialness and in any case more like texts processor; so the pupil's capacity in our faculty to develop this knowledges and then to put away is limited or null.

In the last years, technology advance is a continuous surprise; it opens educative innovation perspectives that are really interesting. In this article we analyze the development of electronic image and after we analyze new communication media as hypertext, hypermedia and multimedia. We also see virtual reality and possibilities of the nets.

The technological changes produced in the last years are permitting the creation of a new communicative space. This space compared to the traditional, is characterized by the loss of external referrings. This no place or cyberspace, offers us new possibilities on the educational area. In this article we analyze the educational possibilities of this new space.

Networks introduce new educational options between distance and traditional classroom which transform teaching and learning systems. This suppose extend changes on the structure and organization of the educational institutions. The use of these technologies seeks to enhancing as the user access to the materials as the intercommunication between the user and the tutor, giving place to the electronic campus that are networked with another institutions to enhance learning networks.
